3. The main structure of production

5.Before inflation to adjust the technical parameters

5.1 Adjust the argon flow through the control valve on the panel, adjust the argon flow, the smaller the argon, the smaller the glass flow, which can improve the accuracy of the control system and prevent broken glass; it is best to lower the flow at the beginning , When the operator can operate, gradually increase the air flow to increase the charging rate, improve work efficiency, but the air flow must be adjusted to the minimum in the initial stage of use, and then gradually increase, but the charging speed cannot be adjusted too fast, otherwise the air and argon will be damaged The hollow glass cavity of the separation layer reduces the gas concentration and the accuracy of gas concentration detection.

5.2 Inflation pressure setting: in order to avoid excessively high inflation pressure causing damage to the double-layer glass. We need to make the working pressure 0.2mpa, adjust the argon pressure reducing valve in the control panel to 0.1-0.2mpa, and in the case, make the air source of the air compressor 0.4mpa.

Set the upper and lower limits of the pressure according to the size of the insulating glass and the inflation rate. When the double-layer glass is larger than 1.5m×1.5m, the air source of the air compressor is appropriately adjusted to a larger value.
